2015: Displacement & the Temporary

While studying at Chelsea College of Art in 2015, my practice centered on site-specific installations exploring themes of displacement, domestic space, and the fragility of “home.” These works were often intuitive responses to a place, temporary structures that questioned stability, belonging, and spatial memory.

Documentation was never my strength; I rarely photographed my work, and I’ve always had a transient relationship with what I make, often forgetting pieces soon after they’re completed. These few images resurfaced recently, buried deep in my Google Drive. There are likely more, scattered and half-lost, which feels strangely fitting for the kind of work I was making at the time.
